Got in the habit of painting more lately, especially since summer is slowly fading into autumn, my favorite season.
Spent about 3 hours in Schönbrunn Park in Vienna painting this 18th century artificial Roman ruin. I do resonate with the romantic interest for ruins, but this kind of manufactured ones are a bit iffy to me. Nevertheless, I had a really nice time drawing it.
Still, plants are the most relaxing. I would love to be a natural history illustrator... among other things, of course :)
